Hi there! My name is Connie :) I’m a Chinese-Vietnamese American artist based just outside of Boston, MA.
I graduated with a BFA in Illustration from Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and since then, I’ve been bringing my playful, bubbly illustrations to life through my online shop, connieomg. I’m currently continuing my studies at MassArt through a Communication Design certificate, expanding my skills in visual storytelling and design.
Inspired by animals, pop culture, and personal experiences, my work blends vibrant colors with cozy nostalgia to create art that makes people smile. I design stickers, art prints, and children’s books, and I also sell my work at in-person markets. Meeting customers face-to-face and connecting with my community has been an especially meaningful part of my journey.
One of my proudest projects is my children’s book, Vivi’s New Year, which celebrates cultural traditions and family. I love sharing it with young readers through storytime events and read-alouds, where I connect with kids and spark their curiosity through storytelling and art.
